We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $80.00 (USD).

For orders under $80.00, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

 

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, which are out of our control, but we are here to support you.

 

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

6. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

 

We take full responsibility for your order until it arrives safely at your doorstep.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [support@belanzi.com]. We will immediately investigate and send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, simply send us a photo, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
